#### The klarx customer makes an inquiry

The klarx customer submits an inquiry for a machine by phone, email, or through the website

#### Inquiry to the partner

The klarx team sends an inquiry to a selected partner, who can confirm or reject it. If the inquiry is confirmed, the customer also receives an order confirmation.

#### Delivery, transport, and installation

The machine is delivered to the customer and installed if necessary. During the rental period, extensions may occur and interim invoices must be issued.

#### Release notification

When the rental ends, the customer releases the machine and the partner picks it up. After receiving the machine and assessing any damage, a final invoice is issued.
