Live Locations in klarxMANAGER

For machines from the Fluid Fleet of klarx, you can see the location directly in your construction project, in the Live Tracking section. A click on a machine displays:

  • Machine and Location: Machine type and address at a glance, optionally on the map or in satellite view
  • Last Location Update: when the machine last transmitted its position
  • Rental End Date: until when the machine is rented
  • Extend Rental: You can extend the rental directly from the map

What Is the Fluid Fleet?

With the Fluid Fleet, klarx machines are available at partner depots throughout Germany, close to construction sites. Short transport distances save time, costs, and CO₂. These machines transmit their location to klarxMANAGER, which is why they appear in Live Locations.

How You Can Use Live Locations

  • Site Management: You can see whether the machine has arrived and is in the right location, without being on site.
  • Procurement and Disposition: The rental end date is directly visible. This way you can extend in time.
  • Multiple Machines: All machines at a construction project appear on a shared map.

In Use With Us Too

We already use Live Locations internally. If there is a problem during transport to the construction site or back to the depot, we are automatically notified. This allows us to respond early before a delay becomes a standstill on your construction site.

The Next Step: Efficiency on the Construction Site

A location is just the beginning. From location, movement, and operating hours, we can answer further questions:

  • Is a machine well utilized?
  • Is it running too much or too little?
  • How many operating hours and travel distances does a solar park require per megawatt?
Outlook: Operating hours per megawatt compared to benchmark (sample data)
Outlook: Operating hours per megawatt compared to benchmark (sample data)

We're currently working on this. More information as soon as it's ready.
