The AI Assistant on klarx.de
The AI assistant is available on every page of klarx.de, around the clock. Behind it are three components:
- klarx's product range: over 530,000 construction machines in 275 product categories.
- klarx's knowledge: Help Center, rental glossary, and product information. With each new piece of content, the knowledge base grows.
- The AI machinery expert: When you have questions about machine selection, the assistant brings in the AI machinery expert. Through targeted follow-up questions, the expert narrows down the right machine step by step.
An example: Work on the facade on the 4th floor
The initial question
I need to work on the facade on the 4th floor.
The assistant suggests three possible platform types: articulated boom lift, telescopic boom lift, and scissor lift. To make a selection, more information is needed. This is why follow-up questions are asked about the actual working height, distance to the facade, and any obstacles.
One detail changes the recommendation
About 13 meters, I'll be standing 3 meters away, with a canopy in between.
Because of the canopy, only the articulated boom lift is an option, as it can reach over obstacles. For a 13-meter working height, models with 15 to 17 meters are suitable, giving you some reserve.
Even the ground matters
The standing area is grass. Two people, around 80 kg of material.
For grass, the diesel version is recommended. The machine can be requested directly from the chat. Before confirmation, a technical consultant from klarx checks the basket load capacity, access, and ground conditions.
Larger projects: from requirements to project inquiry
Not every construction site needs just one machine. For larger projects, such as a solar ground-mounted system, the assistant collects the necessary information and compiles it into a complete project inquiry. Our experts then take over further planning with you.
