Rights
Your agent is permitted to do exactly what its klarx login allows. Accounting sees accounting data, admins use all tools. An overview of user roles shows what each role can do.
Every action your agent takes is documented.
Data Security
Your data is stored in a data center in Frankfurt am Main and is therefore subject to European and German data protection standards (GDPR). Transmission is encrypted via TLS, the standard you know from online banking. For outages, there are live backups from the last 7 days and daily backups at an external location.
