From inquiry to binding booking: This is how renting with klarx works.
klarx is an online platform for renting construction machinery and equipment. Through over 5,907 partner stations, we have access to more than 530,000 construction machines, equipment, and vehicles across 275 product categories, divided into lifting technology, earthmoving, power and air, vehicles, and tools. Whether it's a chainsaw or a 90-ton excavator: We organize the equipment at the best price including logistics costs. You'll find all machines in our rental catalog.
Submit an inquiry
Select the desired equipment in the rental catalog and submit a non-binding inquiry. For the quote, we need your email address and the exact delivery address so we can calculate the logistics costs correctly. We process your inquiry promptly—you'll typically receive the quote within a few moments via email. For very complex or rush inquiries, it may take a bit longer, in which case our customer service team will contact you.
If you're unsure which equipment is right for you, our rental experts are happy to advise you. Also, plan for enough lead time: For very short-notice inquiries, we may have to resort to equipment from farther away, which increases logistics costs.
Accept the quote
Your inquiry is non-binding. The rental becomes binding once you accept and book the quote, for example by clicking the green button in your quote email. From that point on, you have a rental agreement with klarx or, in exceptional cases, with the respective rental station.
Book immediately

No. You can rent from us without registering. If you rent frequently, you'll save time with an account in klarxMANAGER and keep track of your rentals.
No. klarx rents exclusively to business operators and commercial customers.
You only pay the rental and rental ancillary costs. Our customer service is free of charge.
As a rule, you rent directly from klarx. In exceptional cases, you become a customer of one of our rental partners. Our rental experts are your contact in both cases.
The rental is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of klarx GmbH for business customers. Supplementary conditions apply to lifting and crane technology, modular space systems, and waste disposal. You'll find all current versions on the Terms and Conditions page.
