Limitation of Liability
For a separate fee, you can agree on a limitation of liability (machine damage allowance). It limits your liability for damage to the rental equipment to a deductible, which is based on the list new value of the equipment. Without a limitation of liability, you are liable for all damage as well as for loss and theft during the rental period and must insure the equipment yourself. The details are regulated in our Terms and Conditions.
Report Damage
Please report any damage immediately in writing to klarx, for example by email. In klarxMANAGER, you can also enter the damage directly in the rental order, see Manage Active Rentals.
Malfunction, Theft or Loss
Please contact klarx immediately. Additionally, report any theft without delay to the nearest police station.
Frequently asked questions
