Connect AI Assistants
Activation, connection URL, and login: Here's how you connect your AI assistant to klarx.
The connection is usually set up by your technical contact person or your company's IT department. There is no separate implementation effort required.
How to Connect Your Assistant
- Activation: After a brief conversation, we activate your company for the MCP Server. Schedule an appointment on the MCP Server page for this.
- Connection URL: You will then find your connection URL in the klarxMANAGER.
- Log in and authorize: Enter the URL in your AI assistant, log in once with your klarx credentials, and authorize the connection.
Afterward, your assistant works with your klarx data. You will find step-by-step instructions for individual assistants in the klarxMANAGER.

Connecting external tools is usually included in the paid plans of the providers. You can connect AVA, ERP, and project management systems as soon as they support MCP.
