Account, Company and Users
In the klarxMANAGER your team works together on projects and rentals. Four user roles determine who can do what.

In the klarxMANAGER you create a user profile, set up construction projects and share them with your team. You don't need an account to rent individual equipment. If you rent frequently, an account saves you time and gives you an overview of all your rentals in one place.
User Roles
Each person in your company has one of four roles. For example, the site manager selects the machinery on site, and procurement approves the order.
- Admin : books at cost and manages users.
- Project Manager : books at cost.
- Project Member : creates rental requests, but does not book at cost.
- Accounting : views and manages all invoices.

Note: The "Contact Person" role cannot be selected when creating a user. It is created as soon as you specify a new contact person as a contact for a rental order who is not yet a user.
Roles and AI Assistants
When you connect an AI assistant to klarx, it can do exactly what the klarx login allows, through which it is logged in. For more information, see AI Assistants & Integrations.
Frequently asked questions
No. You can rent from klarx without registering. An account is worthwhile if you rent frequently or work as a team.
Admins and Project Managers. Project Members create rental requests and select an approver with the necessary permissions to approve the booking.
