Calculating Rental Prices

Rental price calculations are based on a daily working time of up to eight hours. Billing is based on a five-day week from Monday to Friday. Weekend work, additional working hours, and difficult assignments should be reported to us in text form. These will be charged separately.

The rental price depends on your chosen rental period: longer rental durations qualify for volume discounts, and the daily rental price decreases.

Additional Costs

The rental price covers the equipment. Additional costs such as transport, loading and unloading, fuel, cleaning, or equipment instructions are billed separately. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Your quote and booking confirmation will itemize all costs.

If the equipment is returned full of fuel, clean, and undamaged, no further costs will be incurred. For equipment with tools that naturally wear during use, we charge for wear based on consumption.

Payment

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or instant bank transfer. Registered commercial customers with proven good creditworthiness, public bodies, and government agencies also have the option to pay by invoice.

Deposit

For our high-quality equipment, we request a security deposit. The amount is shown in your quote email and depends, among other things, on the rental period and machine value. The refund will be transferred immediately upon return of the machine. We do not charge a deposit for registered commercial customers with proven good creditworthiness, public bodies, and government agencies.

Invoice

You will receive your invoice after the rental period ends. If your rental runs over a longer period, you will receive a monthly invoice. In klarxMANAGER, you can find all invoices under Manage Ongoing Rentals.
