Delivery or Self-Pickup

You have the choice between delivery by freight service and self-pickup. For self-pickup, we will inform you by email about the pickup location. If needed, we also rent suitable transport trailers.

Transport Costs

Transport costs depend heavily on distance and the size of the rental equipment. We ship tools partly by parcel service, while other equipment requires a lowbed freight service or special transport. That's why the exact delivery address is essential for accurate cost calculation. All costs are itemized in your quote and booking confirmation. For small equipment and short rental periods, self-pickup is often the more economical option.

Handover

At handover, present a valid ID document (passport or ID card). If you pick up the machine yourself, our specialist staff will instruct you on-site. For deliveries, instruction is not automatically included. In this case, speak with our rental experts in good time.

Return

Return machines and tools cleaned, fully fueled or with fully charged batteries, and in good condition. Otherwise, we will charge cleaning or repair costs. For information on how to extend or end your rental, see Extend or End Rental.
